Vitthal Rukmini Mandir is a Hindu temple of Lord Krishna and his wife Rukmini. Therefore, the temple is also known by the name called Vithob temple by the locals. The temple’s location is in Pandharpur, Solapur, Maharashtra. It is a very famous temple in Maharashtra as well as in the country. Moreover, the temple was built by King Vishnuvardhana of the Hoysala Empire between 1108 and 1152 CE. So, it is a very ancient temple with lots of history and religious aspects related to Hinduism. It connects the Hindus with their rich culture and the proud history of Kings.
