Thiruthani Murugan is a Hindu temple that is dedicated to Lord Murugan. This temple is also known as “Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy” located at the hill of Thruttani, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu. The temple is situated in height, so you have to climb 365 steps. These steps are the symbol of the 12 months of the year. You can perform rituals like Puja, Aarti, Abhishekham, etc. Many festivals are being celebrated in “Thiruthani Murugan Temple” such as Aadi Krittikai which falls in July-August month and 31 December. Both festivals are celebrated by local people with huge crowds.

The architecture of the temple is attractive. Inside the temple, there are two shrines, one is Lord Murugan in the form of Shaktidharar and the second is Valli and Devasena.
