Meenakshi is a Hindu temple located in Bangalore. Meenakshi Temple is also known as Meenakshi Sundareshwar Shrine. We know many Shiva temples and this is one of them. In this temple, visit between 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM for Darshan. The prime deity in this temple is Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Lord Shiva was taken a form called Sundareshwara and is worshipped in this form by millions of devotees. Goddess Parvati took the form of Meenakshi and was worshipped here. Both shrines were found 15 km away from Bangalore.

Meenakshi Temple sculpture is very historic and depicts the traditional architecture and people of that period. When you look at the condition of shrines, it looks modest and remains in pristine condition. Entry gate of the temple, we encounter Dwajasthama and Nandi which are maintained in very good condition. A beautiful sculpture of Shiva and Parvati is maintained inside the temple. There are some other minor deities worshiped inside the temple such as Sbrahmanya, Venkateswara, Ayyappa, Ganesha, and Kala Bhairava.
