Sabarimala Sri Dharma Sanstha Temple dedicated to Lord Ayyappa located in Kerala is the most famous and prominent among all the temples in Kerala. Here you will see a place called Sannidhanam near the temple which is said to be the abode of Lord Ayyappa. East of this you will find a place called Vavar which is dedicated to Lord Ayyappa’s close friend. This is called Vavaru Nada, and it is a symbol of religious harmony. Sabarimala temple is not open throughout the year. It is open for worship on certain special occasions. Like during Mandalapooja, Makaravilakku, Vishu days, and on the first day of every Malayalam month. If you also want to go for the darshan of Lord Ayyappa. So you should know that before going to Sabarimala, pilgrims have to observe celibacy for 41 days.

Sabarimala Temple Darshan Puja/ Aarti/ Waiting Time
Given the rush of pilgrims to Sabarimala temple the current waiting time for darshan is around 09-10 hours. For which the temple trust has increased the darshan time in the temple from 17 to 18 hours per day.
