Goddess Bhadrakali is also known as “Knnaki”. There is a 2 km distance between Trivandrum Central Railway Station to Attukal Bhagavathy Temple. As per the legend about this temple, after victor over the demon Daruka of Goddess Bhagavathy, this temple had been built. It is considered by devotees that this is also a place of Goddess Parvati and her consort Lord Shiva.
