Sri Chilkur Balaji Temple popularly known as “Visa Balaji Temple” is one of well known temples of Telangana State. It is dedicated to Lord Balaji (Lord Venkateswara). The Chilkur Balaji Temple is located on the banks of Osman Sagar in Rangareddy District in Telangana. It is one of the ancient temples of Telangana State of India. During the journey, the devotee undergoes the usual rituals of prayer, involving 11 circumambulations of the inner shrine, and makes vows. Chilkut Balaji Temple has no hundi and neither accepts any money from devotees.
