The Sri Venkateswara Temple also referred to as the “Bridgewater Temple NJ” is one of the famous temples of India. This temple is located in Bridgewater, New Jersey in the United States. Venkateswara Mandir is a traditional stone temple, which was integrated in 1998. The temple is 11,000 square feet. The temple is dedicated to the Lord Venkateswara, a form of God Vishnu. People came to this across the world for the Darshan of Lord “Venkateswara”. It was built in the Vastu Shastra Architecture.
The group of practicing Hindus in areas surrounding New Jersey established the Hindu Temple and Cultural Society of USA Inc. (HTCS) in 1989. In 1998, HTCS built the temple for the Hindus. Although the Venkateswara Temple is dedicated to the Lord Venkateswara, there is a total of 16 shrines within the temple which include sacred various deities including Venkateswara.
